How It Works

 

 

                                 1) Choose your meal plan:
 
                                                                · Meal plan 1 Bronze $129.00 +tax = 10 Meals
                                                                        · Meal plan 2 Silver $249.00 +tax = 20 Meals
                                                                        · Meal Plan 3 Gold $449.00 +tax = 40 Meals
        
                                                          **Athlete portions are available for an additional $2/meal**
                                                                   The regular portions come with 4-5 oz of Protein 
                                                                 The Athlete Size portion will have 7-8 oz of Protein

                                These plans act as meal credits, you do not have to use all the credit in one week.
                                In fact, they have no expiration date so you are in complete control of how many
                                meals you receive each week as long as the minimum requirement is met. Just
                                order at least 4 meals total for each delivery day if you are at a gym location.
                                If you are at a private residence, the minimum order is 5 meals per each delivery 
                                day you order, you are not required to order both days.

                             3) Select Delivery Location

                                *Pick from our existing list of locations or start a new location!

 

 

                             4) Since all of our meals are fresh, we deliver twice a week  
                                                            - - - Tuesday and Friday - - -

                                     Please place your order by Thursday to order for the following week 
                                   
                                     Tuesday: You receive meals for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
                                     Friday: You receive meals for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday

 

 

 

                                  5) Return your cooler
                                       Meals are delivered each delivery day in a cooler. Upon your next delivery,
                                       please return your cooler.
                                       ***Those who do not return coolers will be charged $10.00 per cooler***
